Q:Do I need to do anything before the crew gets here?
A: Technically the answer is no. We don’t require you to do anything before we arrive because we can handle everything from start to finish for you. But there are some steps you can take before hand as a courtesy that the crew would really appreciate! First, clear out anything from your car that could get in the way such as a portable DVD player on the headrest, a basket in the back seat, or car trash bags. If you would like to do a quick vacuum, it will also help speed up the process. But, as we said, we’ve got you covered from step A to step Z. We understand your schedule is busy so we try to make this process as easy as possible.
Q:How long will it take to clean my car upholstery?
A: This depends on a few factors. First and foremost, it depends on the size of your car. If you have a monster truck, it’s going to take longer than a two door speck. How long it’s been since you’ve had it cleaned and the state of your upholstery can also have an affect on the timeframe. Some cars can be finished in half an hour but some vehicles may require a couple hours. Give us some details about the make and model of your car and what needs to be done and we can give you a more accurate estimate.
